Shipping Policy — Bodywell
Where do we ship?
Bodywell ships to all countries within the European Union, as well as Sweden, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping times
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- Europe (EU): 5–10 business days
- Norway / UK: 7–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — check our current promotions at checkout.
Shipping carrier
We ship with PostNord and other trusted carriers depending on your location.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Customs and import duties
For orders within the EU, no customs fees apply. For Norway and the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
